What size should my NDA signature be?
Your NDA signature should be 350 × 350 px, with a file size of 20–300 KB, saved as JPG/JPEG.
How do I resize a signature for NDA?
Upload your signature on this page, and it's automatically cropped and compressed to the official NDA signature requirement (350 × 350 px) — no separate crop or resize step needed.
How do I get my NDA signature within 20–300 KB?
This tool checks the actual downloaded file size against the 20–300 KB requirement and adjusts compression automatically, so the file you download already falls inside that range.
Can I use this as a NDA signature compressor too, not just a resizer?
Yes — resizing to the correct dimensions and compressing to the required file size happen together in one step here, so you don't need a separate NDA compressor tool.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No — resizing and compression run entirely in your browser. The one exception is background removal, which uses an on-device AI model that's downloaded once and then also runs locally; your image itself is never sent anywhere.
